Hall Rental & Meal Pricing
For events of 150 or more guests, hall rental is $750 plus $20.95 per guest.
For events under 150 guests, hall rental is $1,250 plus $20.95 per guest.
All events include up to four (4) hours of event time. Additional time may be scheduled in advance for $575 per hour.
Menu
All meals and hors d'oeuvres are prepared and served by Carrolltown Banquet Hall to ensure quality, food safety, and coordinated service throughout your event. Outside catering is not permitted. Wedding cakes, cookies, and desserts are welcome.

Menu selections are due 10 days prior to the event. Final guest count is due 7 days prior to the event. Billing is based on the final attendance submitted.

Fountain Soda Service (Unlimited) - Includes soda, ice, cups, and beverage station setup.

Beer Service - Beer service is available as either draft keg beer or canned beer service, depending on your selection. Recommended quantities are based on event size and guest consumption.

Draft keg beer: $195 per keg (recommended: 1 keg per 100 guests)

Canned beer: $48 per case (24-pack equivalent)
Mixed Drink Service - $210 per 5-gallon canister of regular bar whiskey. Premium liquor options are available for an additional charge. Recommended: 1.5 canisters per 100 guests.
Complimentary Service - Coffee and hot tea
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Carrolltown Banquet Hall. Pricing includes bartenders, cups, and ice.
Decorating
Up to eight (8) hours of decorating time is available the day before your event with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Decorating must be completed within your reserved time period, which begins at the scheduled start time reserved by the client.
Professional decorators are welcome; however, all decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event so our staff can begin cleanup and table teardown. Any decorations left behind may be removed by hall staff for a $250 fee.
